Update tag

Updates the indicated tag. Every writable field is replaced, so a field left out of the
request is cleared. Omitting "parent_id" moves the tag to the top level.

Must be unique and consist of 1-140 alphanumeric characters.

string | null

The optional color associated with this tag.
Should be a valid CSS color.

integer | null

The identifier of the tag this tag should sit under, or null to place it at the top level.
The parent may not make the tag its own ancestor.
Omitting this field places the tag at the top level.
